References may be furnished from Civil Engineers in Northeast Louisiana, as well as, other General Contractors. Also, we have submitted public bids & been awarded many major contracts completing many projects for the Louisiana Dept of Transportation & Development as General Contractor (and some sub contracts). Owens Contracting's major contracts also include those for City of West Monroe and City of Monroe including other city & municipality projects. References may be furnished from the District Engineers and other state & city officials.
